I am sorry, but I have placed my business (and Real Estate Inspection License) on hold until new insurance requirements can be sorted out.
For more information on this requirement please click here.
I have never had a complaint or other customer problem but never the less the new insurance requirement would have required me to double my rates. I am looking into partnerships or other business relationships with inspector friends to see what we can work out. In this case, larger is better for lowering rates.
Serving Central Texas including Bell, Williamson, & Travis counties.
We are a Real Estate Inspection company that accepts evening, and weekend assignments - we work on your schedule, not ours.
Jim is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to perform home inspections and has training from Texas A&M Extension Service on septic systems installation and waste water treatment.
It does not matter if you are an owner, seller, or buyer; you need to understand the condition of your home. Undetected defects can disrupt a carefully planned home maintenance budget. We can help you understand structural and functional issues you should look for to help minimize those expensive surprises.
To schedule an inspection, call 512-970-1844 or 512-255-0338.
Thank you, Jim
